Open Mouth, or vaudeville for the 21st century, returns to Arts on the Lake, 640 Route 52, Lake Carmel, Saturday, August 4, at 8 pm. Developed by Arts on the Lake’s Executive Director James Shearwood, Open Mouth is short acts, sketches, singer/songwriters and variety presentations. “It is sort like the Ed Sullivan Show on a smaller budget,” said Shearwood. Drawing Instructor at New Arts Gallery
Artist Elizabeth Seewald Hill will open an exhibition at the New Arts Gallery, 513 Maple Street, Litchfield, CT, on Saturday, July 7, 3-6 pm, and inaugurate a 4-week Drawing Class at Arts on the Lake on Wednesday, July 11, 6-8:30 pm. Summer Concert Series Sponsorship Opportunities Announced
Arts on the Lake has announced opportunities for businesses and individuals to become sponsors of the popular Summer Concert Series. The 2012 concerts are scheduled for July 13, 20 and 27.
