Press Release: Carmel Family Legacy in the Arts Inspires Musical Outreach

Kathy Doherty cut the ribbon on Saturday, March 31, 2012 that officially reopened Arts on the Lake at the renovated Lake Carmel Arts Center.

The ribbon-cutting was part of a weekend of activities attended by over 300 local residents.

Participating in the ribbon-cutting are Kathy Doherty, Robert Bradley, MaryEllen Odell, Roy Volpe, Sandy Galef, Elizabeth Allison, Bonnie Eggena, Marty Collins and Ellen Leerburger.

Press Release: Kent Arts Center to Re-Open After Construction

Arts on the Lake, whose home in the Lake Carmel Arts Center has been undergoing an eight-month exterior renovation, has scheduled a Re-Opening Celebration for the weekend of March 31 and April 1. See the full press release.

Spring Art Exhibit - Call for Entries

The Visual Arts Committee (VAC) of Arts on the Lake is hosting the Spring Exhibition to celebrate local artists. The exhibition is open to artists 18 years and older. The deadline for registration is Saturday, April 7. See the prospectus for more information.

Meehan Scores High in Basketball Shoot-Out

Shooting lay-ups to raise funds for Arts on the Lake at the Carmel Rotary's Basketball Shoot-Out on Sunday (3/11), Todd Meehan was one of the high scorers with 62 baskets in a two-minute period.  If you pledged an amount per basket, multiply that by 62 to determine your contribution.  Checks made out to the Carmel Rotary Club Foundation should be turned in to AotL this week for forwarding to Rotary.  For questions, email benefit@artsonthelake.org
