Celebrating a small instrument with the big following
Hosted by the Edukated Fleas, this evening of diverse ukulele music returns to the Center.
Attention ukulele aficionados, don’t miss this year’s celebration of the small instrument that’s big on charm. Come and hear a range of ukulele talent from New York, Connecticut and beyond, in a variety show format.
This year, renowned ukulele player Jim Beloff will be holding an afternoon ukulele workshop for Intermediate and Advanced Beginners where you can take your skills to a new level. There is a special combination price for the workshop and attending the performance.
The evening concert features special guests Jim and Liz Beloff, the Edukated Fleas, Uncle Zac and the Zactones, Liza and Lonesome, Peter C. North, Bella Brodsky, Donna and Rick Nestler, the Merry Ukesters, Ukes on the Lake and more!
Bring your uke because everyone gets to play.
Admission is $10 in advance and the workshop is $25, or $30 for both.
Tickets will be $15 dollars at the door.
Ukulele workshop: 3 pm - 5 pm
Concert: 7 pm - 10 pm
