Holidays with AotL Jazz Ensemble

A medley of jazz works with a sprinkle of holiday music.
Led by arranger, composer and trumpeter Tim Ouimette, this performance follows up their remarkable debut at the Arts on the Lake Summer Concert Series. The Ensemble consists of consummate jazz musicians who have played with: Harry James, Joe Cocker, Lou Rawls, Eubie Blake, Gregory Hines, Ray Charles, Blood Sweat and Tears, Bill Frisell, Count Basie, and Iggy Pop. They will perform a variety of works with some holiday numbers sprinkled in.

Brian Conigliaro - Guitar - Brian has played with Lou Rawls, Eubie Blake, Gregory Hines, Gerry Mulligan, and Dizzy Gillespie.
Ken Gioffre - Tenor Sax - Gioffre has played and toured with Smokey Robinson and Blood Sweat and Tears.
Gary Kelly - Bass - Kelly has performed with the Ed Palermo Big Band, The Tom Pierson Orchestra, and Bill Frisell.
Rick Kriska - Alto Sax - Kriska has played Broadway shows and national acts including Artie Shaw and Ashford and Simpson.
Howard Levy - Trombone - Howard's credits include The American Jazz Orchestra, Smithsonian Masterworks Orchestra, and the Broadway show, Chicago.
Kati Mac – Vocal - 7 time Emmy nominee, Mac has performed as a background vocalist for artists such as Meat Loaf, Nona Hendryx, Sting, and Michael Bolton. Her latest CD, Save Me From Myself, went to #1 on the Roots Radio Charts.
Tim Ouimette - Trumpet - Music Director
Ouimette has worked with Ray Charles, Keith Richards, Count Basie, Ray Barretto and Iggy Pop.
Nadav Snir - Drums - An accomplished drummer in many styles, Nadav has been co-leading the Israeli ensemble “Trio Shalva,” devoted to exploring Jazz and traditional music of the Mediterranean.
Ed Xiques - Baritone Sax -Xiques has worked with Frank Sinatra, Liza Minnelli and the Thad Jones/Mel Lewis Orchestra.
