Basic Drawing and Composition For Adults

Class is for beginning and Intermediate artists.
Using pencil, charcoal, and pen and ink, students will explore shading and chiaroscuro, proportion and perspective, line and shape, and form and composition.
This class is open to both beginning and intermediate artists. It will provide students an opportunity to create in a relaxed and non-threatening environment.
All materials will be provided.

About the Instructor
Mary Schreiber
Mary Schreiber holds an M.S. from Bank Street College of Education. She has led classes for both adults and children in collage, mask-making, drawing, painting, and sculpture. Her art work incorporates various media, including sculpture, drawing and puppetry.
