Centerpiece Workshop

Have fun. Meet friends. Join artist/instructor Sarah Gilchrist in making 10-15 table centerpieces for the Fall Fund-Raising Party.
Attendees will experiment with 3-dimensional forms as they borrow from elements of the Art Deco movement to combine form with theme using the sculptures' surfaces as collage canvases for imagery from the 1940's.
Materials will be provided. Arrive willing, leave with the ability to create imaginative centerpieces for your party or any party.

About the Event
With a MAT from Manhattanville College and art studies in Italy, Ms. Gilchrist is a teacher of children and adults at the Putnam Arts Council.
