Friends of Classical Music - Special Event

To inaugurate the 2013 Friends of Classical Music season, George Whipple III is opening his historic home on Lake Gleneida to friends and music lovers to share dinner and after-dinner chamber music with the internationally prestigious Alexander String Quartet.
To join the Friends of Classical Music a minimum donation of $150 per person is requested. This donation will entitle you to attend these extraordinary musical events:
- An evening of dinner and chamber music with the Alexander String Quartet on Monday, April 22, at the home of George Whipple III.
- The Saturday, June 1, performance of Trio Intarsio at the Sedgewood Boathouse.
- The Sunday, September 15, performance of the Nancy Allen Trio in the Lodge at Tilly Foster Farm.
- The expected return of the Alexander String Quartet in mid-November for a public concert.
If you would like to support classical music by attending the April 22 event only (or consider joining the Friends at a later date), a $75 per person donation is requested.
If you are mailing a response, please send it by Monday April 15. Tickets may be purchased on-line and reserved by phone through Friday, April 19.
