Vaudeville for the 21st Century
This edition of Open Mouth, or vaudeville for the 21st Century, will include the new one-minute play Seat Taken by Gabrielle Fox, the return of The Knox Sisters, new spoken poems by Tony Howarth, singer/songwriters Ellen and Roger Bruno (known as Too Human), the debut of young singers Lena and Anna McKee and the American premiere of In The Dead End by Spanish playwright Diego Fdez. Sandez, a Blue Horse Repertory production directed by Lora Lee Ecobelli, with Judy Allen, Jay Ciccone, Jeff Green, Ed Kenny and Caitlin O'Heaney.

About the Event
Spanish playwright Diego Fdez. Sández who is having In the Dead End performed for the first time in English has lived in six different cities in three different countries. Born in Huelva, Spain in 1973, his educational background was in English philology and some of his favorite books, other than the absurdist humor of Spanish authors Jardiel and Mihura, are The War of the Worlds, Animal Farm, The Martian Chronicles and Three Men in a Boat.
