Acoustic and Bluegrass String Band
The Trunk Band regularly performs a mix of traditional bluegrass standards, country, and bluegrass-styled covers in intimate coffeehouse settings and local Connecticut venues.
Their instrumentation frequently includes a rotating cast of banjos, mandolins, and acoustic guitars.Core Members: Richard Neal (from Newtown, CT) and Frank Infurcia (from Bethel, CT).Repertoire: A mix of classic bluegrass, folk, and reworked popular covers to engage diverse crowds.
This is an outdoor concert on our Boyd Family Concert Lawn next to Lake Carmel. Bring your lawn chairs or rent one of ours for $1.
This year we are welcoming Chef Rubio and his food truck to AotL as well as having ice-cream sandwiches available for sale. Outside food and drinks are also permitted.
The "doors" open at at 6 PM with music starting at 7:00.
Parking is limited so plan to arrive early and consolidate cars.
Tickets are $10 and are available on-line or at the door. Kids are free. Music is rain or shine!
