Marc Berger and Ride - Summer Concert Series #3
Friday, July 17, at 7:00 pm
Gritty, Rockin' Americana Root Band returns to the stage with Marc Berger and his Band.
Marc's songs span the full range of American roots music: country, blues, folk and rock n' roll. He has performed at Austin’s SXSW Music Festival and the Kerrville Folk Festival and has opened shows for Bob Dylan, and other national acts. His antinuclear anthem, The Last One was a staple of Richie Havens' concerts.
Inspired by Marc’s lifelong love affair with the American West, RIDE, his critically acclaimed release, presents cinematic recordings capturing its wide open spaces and timeless romantic appeal. They will also lean heavily into selections from a new wickedly titled album, FOLK MUSIC.
