Come for the music, stay for the Fireworks!

 ARTS ON THE LAKE and the Mercurial Gold Production Company present An Evening of Music Under the Stars on the Boyd Concert Lawn next to the Lake, featuring four local rock bands performing original music. 

“The Concert” on June 27th is a great opportunity to engage with the talented musicians in the area. Come sit on the lawn at Arts on the Lake for this outdoor concert preceding the yearly fireworks show.

Music is Indie and alternative rock drawing from a range of influences. Hard hitting bangers, ethereal ambient textures, experimental harmonies and rhythms, huge guitar riffs, soaring vocal melodies as well as blazing guitar solos will all be included. Fans of shoegaze, punk, metal, and even blues-tinged psychedelic/ progressive rock will find something to love in the sets being presented by these groups of artists.

 

About Mercurial Gold Productions:

 

Managed by Max Compton, a guitar player that wants his talented friends to succeed in bringing new music to the surrounding locale. Using funding obtained through a grant from the Putnam Arts Council he hopes to support Arts on the Lake and a budding musical community in the county.

 

Arts on the Lake at Lake Carmel Arts Center, 640 Route 52, Kent Lakes, NY 10512.

 

Tickets are $5 with free admission for kids 12 and under.
