Upstate Art Weekend (UAW) is an annual, multi-day arts festival and platform celebrating the creative vibrancy of Upstate New York. It connects artists, galleries, museums, and creative spaces across the Hudson Valley and Catskills through open studios, site-specific installations, and community programming.
Founded in 2020 by Helen Toomer, UAW spans multiple counties (including areas near you, such as Putnam, Dutchess, and Ulster). The event brings thousands of art enthusiasts, collectors, and locals on a massive region-wide art crawl.
