“Artists-designers-inventors-collectors”

Throughout history, but principally in the 20th century, there have been artists who expanded their interests and efforts in many related fields: stage design, fashion, photography, jewelry, interior decoration, lighting, and many related endeavors.

This class will introduce and present some of the most important and prolific members of this amazingly diverse and talented group , many of whom not only contributed but changed the esthetics of our century.

 
Many have also supported artists and collected their operas, while popularizing their refines inventions, infusing society at large with grace and sophistication in objects, architecture, textiles, etc..

This is a lecture series provided via the Zoom platform on Monday nights at 7 PM.  Each session is recorded so participants can review each session. Links are provided the day of each session and the recording shortly after.  The series is comprised of 6 sessions, starting on January 22.
