2022 Summer Concert Series - Bottoms Up Dixieland Band

Friday, July 22, 2022 at 7:00 pm

Coming soon to Arts on the Lake

Dixieland that Swings

The Bottoms Up Dixieland Jazz Band made their ad hoc debut with a Fat Tuesday celebration in Carmel, NY. The band was a hit! The seven former classmates hit it off like old times, and decided they had better keep a good thing going.

Since that day, Bottoms Up has been bringing to life the energetic romps of 1920s New Orleans, á la Louis Armstrong and Kid Ory. Featuring some fun modern twists and the occasional special guest, the band is happy to keep people singing, clapping, and dancing as long as they’re able.

Members are:
Ryan Boshart - Banjo/Bass
Ryan Cerullo - Piano
Buddy Griffith - Banjo/Bass/Vocals
Scott Marchwinski - Drums/Percussion
Sam Newsome - Trombone
Joe North - Sax
Ryan Odell - Drums/Percussion
Anthony Santa Theresa - Vocals
Ian Taylor - Trumpet

Our Summer Concert Series in July concerts are offered on a pay-as-you-wish basis and take place in our newly landscaped concert area thanks to the generosity of Henry and Julie Boyd and family.

All concerts in this July series are on Fridays and start at 7 PM. Concerts are rain or shine and may be held indoors if it is severe weather.

Lawn chairs, food and drink are welcome. Limited refreshments will be available on site. Parking is limited so we suggest arriving at least 20 minutes before the concert.

All these events are made possible by the many local business sponsors who support us, so we ask that you support their endeavors.

Email office@artsonthelake.org for any questions or call 845 228 2685.

These concerts are made possible by our supporters and in part through the Putnam Arts Council's Arts Link Grant Program with Public Funds provided from the Putnam Count and through the New York State Council on the Arts with support from the Governor's office and the NY State Legislature.
