National Storyteller Award Recipient and noted American storyteller, Andy Offutt Irwin, National Storyteller Award recipient and noted American humorist, Andy Offutt Irwin, returns to continue his tales of his devilishly funny cast of characters from south of the Mason Dixon line.
With hilarious heart-filled stories, and amazing mouth noises, (arguably, the greatest whistler in the world) one-person-showman Andy Offutt Irwin is equal parts mischievous schoolboy and the Marx Brothers, peppered with a touch of the Southern balladeer.
One of the most sought after performing storytellers in the United States, he performs regularly throughout the country. He has been a Featured Teller at the National Storytelling Festival nine times. He has won the Storytelling World Award 7 times and was the recipient of the 2013 National Storytelling Network’s ORACLE Circle of Excellence Award. He has received a Parent's Choice Honor for one of his children's albums and has been the emcee at the National Storytelling Festival.
