Come join in with your talent or just to enjoy the evening
The next session of our Open Mind Open Mic nights is Thursday, October 27 at 7PM.
Hosted by musician Pierre de Gaillande, these nights are a chance to come and get on stage in a super supportive, casual atmosphere! 10 minute slots available. Come and try out your music, stand-up comedy, poetry, reading, dance, whatever! We highly encourage all levels of talent to join in; from musicians who have never performed on stage, to those that are old pros at it, and anyone in between. It's FUN!
It is a great night of fun, camaraderie and new discovery. As the fall sends those leaves blowing, these nights are a warm refuge. All performers welcome.
Sign up ahead of time or just show up. A full band backline of musical equipment is available so you don't have to haul all your own stuff if you don't want to. We are generally limiting slots to ten minutes per performer, depending on the number of folks who show up.
These have been been very successful with many folks expressing how great it is to have a place where they can play or recite or even try their stand up routines. Bring your talents or just come to enjoy the great evening.
BYOB. Alcoholic beverages and snacks OK. Some performances may not be suitable for kids.
There is no charge but we encourage everyone to donate on their way in and out to help cover the costs
