Big Thief is an American indie rock band that has demonstrated exceptional taste over their 10+ year career, combing a mixture of emotional depth, breadth, honesty, and rawness. The show seeks to bring together those familiar and unfamiliar with the group for a night of live music. The performers hope to share the comradery and inspiration they have gleaned from rehearsing the set they have prepared and present some of the best rock music written in this decade.
The opening act will be Owen McMahon performing his own music. A prolific songwriter from CT, his songs capture a humor and geniality rare among those of his age. He will be backed up by Matt Nilsen on lead guitar.
Additionally, a Thrift table will be set up inside the event space for the sale of used clothes and will be open from 6pm-9pm.
