Train Show Celebration and Planning Workshop
Sunday, January 26, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Stories, reminiscences and memories open to all.
We've been talking about the train show since it's opening in late November. Creators and visitors alike have been sharing train stories and (why not?!) suggestions for developing it again next year.
To collect these ideas, and celebrate this year's closing day, we're inviting all who can make it to join story (new, old and classic) readers from the Writers (Tom Kerstang and others) and Theatre Groups (James Shearwood, Ron Hutchinson and Tim Bohrman) to hear lyrics and stories greatly influenced by trains.
And there will be a moderated discussion of reactions to this year's show and what is the best way to go forward from here.
After the 1 pm program, the trains will be running for one more hour, if you'd like to take pictures or say good bye.
To gauge how many will attend, we're asking potential attendees to purchase a moderately priced ticket/donation in advance.

The Ticket price will cover the cost of train-inspired refreshments.
