A Reading of Dickens' "Christmas Carol"

Actor and Kent resident Leo Burmester who has appeared in films directed by John Sayles ("Lone Star") and Martin Scorsese ("The Last Temptation of Christ") and is best known on Broadway for "Les Misérables" and Sam Shepard's "Buried Child" read the tight-fisted Scrooge. Director James Shearwood assembled a cast of residents that included actress Lora Lee Ecobelli, Putnam activist Jeff Green, standup comic Kim Blacklock, Kent ZBA Chairman Bob Rogers, Chris Blossy, Devin Brown, Sheila Clark, David Milliken, Joe Niola, Ava Rogers, Leah Rogers, Patricia Sebastian and members of the audience.
