A Day of Tai Chi Chaun with David Wong Yee

International Tai Chi Day, April 30

 

Please join Master David Wong Yee on International Tai Chi Day, Saturday, April 30th, at Arts on the Lake. Master Yee will  be working with and instructing students on building chi energy, chi meridians, pressure points, herbal medicine, and toning the body and organs for the Spring Season.


Mr. Yee, Dipl. Ac., C.H. has over 40 years of experience in the martial arts and the therapeutic healing arts.

 

He studied with masters from China, Japan, Tibet and the United States. His background includes certification from William C.C.Chen School of Tai Chi Chuan with Master B.P. Chan for Chen Tai Chi Chuan, Ba Gua Zhang, and Hsing I Chuan.  He graduated from the Tri State Institute of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in Stamford, Connecticut in 1987. In 2014 he studied Acupuncture & Herbal Therapies for Clinical Herbal studies, in St.Petersburg, Florida.

 

In addition he was for 25 years employed at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, as a Clinical Acupuncturist in an out patient clinic.

 

He has taught Tai Chi Chuan & Ba Gua Zhang self defense with Acu-DaoYin ( self shiatsu ) for optimum health and presently teaches the Nei Jia Chuan style in St. Petersburg, Florida, and can be viewed live on line YFM TV, Yoga for Men, Saturdays at 2:00 PM presenting,  "Tai Chi for health, meditation, and natural self defense."
